 The factory sandblasts the frames of the aluminum patio furniture prior to finishing, though it used to be the standard treatment. It involves more labor to sandblast a piece rather than the typical "acid-etching" that competitive factories use. The manufacturer cleans the frames in a mild acid solution which cleans off the grease and oil from the machine shop, and lightly dulls the shine of the silver aluminum.  It does not blow away the polished surface of the metal as sandblasting does. Sandblasting leaves the surface of the tubing with a dull finish, pitted and rough which is ideal for maximum adhesion of our commercial grade powdercoating.

All aluminum is welded with full-circumference welds which provides maximum strength at braces and joints.
Stainless steel bolts & lock nuts are used  for all moving parts on aluminum outdoor furniture.  The stainless steel hardware is much stronger than lightweight aluminum rivets that break and more durable than steel rivets that rust.
Additional safety features on chaises are an all-aluminum headrest support and a vinyl-laced back rail at the pinch point where the adjustment ratchets attach to the frame. Welded aluminum skid plates are used on all aluminum pool furniture. 

Automotive-grade polyester powdercoat finishes are offered in 48 colors. This American made aluminum furniture is warranted for 7 Years not to chip, flake or peel.
