Extra Charges : Please be aware that the factory has imposed the following charges over which we have no control. Grosfillex has a minimum order requirement of $725. This minimum must consist of product only -- shipping, handling, and sales tax (if applicable) do not count towards the minimum. Grosfillex will ship orders below the $725 minimum, but there is a $50 charge for this service. The only exception is: you have purchased Grosfillex within the past 12 months.
Minimum Shipping : The minimum truckline shipping charge for any business shipment is $100, or $200 for any residential shipment. The shipping cost increases by the size of the order, but is no less than these amounts.
Splitting a Pack : Almost all of the chairs are packaged in quantities of 4, 12, 16 or 20. You can view the exact standard packing for each item on the page for that item. If your quantity needs require the breaking of a standard pack, there is a $50 broken pack charge.
